Step 1 - calculate your calorie deficit & ensure accuracy
Take your goal bodyweight & multiply it by 12
150 is your goal? 150*12= 1,800 calories
add & subtract 50 from that # to give yourself a range to hit = 1750-1850 calories per day
Now to get amazing results you need accuracy, ensure that accuracy with my fitness pal & a digital food scale.
Step 2 - Track your progress
Weigh yourself every day in the morning after you use the bathroom
don’t compare two individual weigh-ins
Take your weekly average & compare those
Step 3 - Adjust to ensure continuous progress
You need to be 85-95% consistent every week, which is 6 out of 7 days every single week of you tracking your intake & sticking to your target ranges
If you're doing that and you haven’t lost anything in 14 days decrease your daily calories by 50-100
If you haven’t been consistent, increase your consistency
Bang, now do go do it & do it with 85-95% consistency for 30 days straight & you will get results. & those results will motivate the hell out of you, but until then put your head down & grind it out.
