Why do I do what I do❓
I know what it’s like to be on the other side of the glass looking in at all the people who look healthy and happy but not knowing how to take the first step in the direction of long term health and wellness. Not knowing what to do, where to go for information, or who to trust.
Not knowing how much to eat or even what to eat.
Not knowing how much to lift…
what weight to use
how many exercises to do
how many reps/sets to do
how much rest time
how many days to go to the gym
and of course what cardio to do
Through education, research, and application I have been able to change this for myself and for others.
My mission in life is to help as many people as I can in two ways.
