FULL DAY OF EATING LOW CALORIE HIGH PROTEIN MEALS - HIGH VOLUME - 1300 CALORIES 160G PROTEIN

In the above video, I take you thru an entire day of eating for fat & weight loss using high protein low-calorie meals. The total will be 1300 calories and 160g of protein.

It’ll be a total of 1 snack and 3 meals but 1 of these meals is so massive it will most likely take you a couple of sittings to finish or at least a long time.

Remember that the goal of these videos is not for you to copy my diet or calories but to give you ideas of what a full-time personal trainer and nutrition coach like myself eats on a daily basis so you can incorporate some of the meals or snack ideas to help you on your own journey.

The reason I change up the calorie amount in each video is to help people with different calorie budgets see what a full day of eating while hitting their calories and protein targets could look like.

Snack - Legion Athletics Cinnamon Cereal Whey+

  • 120 cals 22g protein

Breakfast - Chocolate Chip Protein Pancakes w/ Strawberries on the side

  • 563 cals 46g protein

Lunch - BIG A$$ SALAD W/ CHICKEN AND LOW CALORIE BBQ SAUCE

  • 404 cals 52g protein

Dinner - egg, egg white, and multiple veg scramble

  • ~226-300 cals 40g protein
