LOW CALORIE HIGH PROTEIN CHEESECAKE

LOW CALORIE HIGH PROTEIN CHEESECAKE

LOW CALORIE HIGH PROTEIN CHEESECAKE

This slice of cheesecake from the cheesecake factory is 1000 calories and 12 grams of protein.

It’ also fucking delicious. But you can’t have this everyday. Especially if you’re trying to lose body fat in a fat loss phase.

If you want a low calorie high protein cheesecake recipe that you can enjoy regularly look no further.

This high protein low calorie cheesecake has 145 calories and 20 grams of protein per slice

or 870 calories and 120 grams of protein total.

So this whole cheesecake has less calories than 1 tiny slice from the cheesecake factory.

Of course, the 1 slice from the factory tastes way better but you can’t eat that every day.

I changed a few small things from this recipe that I found on Josh Cortis’s website so shout out to Josh for the inspiration.

Let’s hop in to the ingredients you’ll need to make this happen and if you find this video helpful please hit the like button and subscribe for more videos to help you lose fat, build muscle, and increase your self-confidence.

Ingredients

Crust Ingredients

  • 17g of vanilla protein powder

  • ~17g of vanilla casein powder - needed because when forms with water it is unique compared to whey and it’s better for crust or dough

  • ~13g of cornstach

  • 27g of oat flour

  • 1g of baking powder

  • 113g of unsweetened apple sauce

Filling Ingredients

  • 681g of plain of non-fat greek yoghurt

  • 200g of egg whites

  • 8-10g of splenda or stevia

  • 28g of sugar free cheesecake pudding/jello mix (can use vanilla)

Optional Topping Ingredients

  • Fat Free Ready Whip

  • 100-200g strawbs

Now you know all the ingredients, how the heck do you make this thang.

Cooking Directions

  • You will need a 9 inch spring pan, don’t worry your local grocery store will have it for sure

  • First up we’re making the crust

    • add the dry crust ingredients to a bowl

      • 17g of vanilla protein powder

      • ~17g of vanilla casein powder

      • ~13g of cornstach

      • 27g of oat flour

      • 1g of baking powder

      • then mix them up

      • Once mixed add in your 113g of unsweetened apple sauce

      • once that’s all mixed spray your pan with whatever you want I’ll be using pam

      • and then spread your crust into the bottom of the pan with your wet fingers

      • bake it for 350 for 5-10 minutes, you’ll know it’s done when the top no longer looks wet

  • While thats in the oven start prepping your filling

    • Grab a big bowl and add…

    • 681g of plain of non-fat greek yoghurt

    • 200g of egg whites

    • 8-10g of splenda or stevia

    • 1 pack of sugar free cheesecake pudding/jello mix (can use vanilla)

    • mix it all together

    • put it in the crust and spread it, make sure to take your time to make it even so it cooks properly

  • bake it for 350  for 30-40 minutes

  • let it cool on the counter and then once it’s cooled down enough to touch…

  • place it in the fridge for 3 hours or over night

  • Once you’re ready to eat prepare your topping by adding 100-200g of strawbs and 2-3g of splenda to a bowl and mixing it, these are frozen strawberries that I microwaved

  • Then I’m adding fat free ready whip to the edges just like the cheesecake factory

Now the serving size is whatever you really want it to be but when I have dessert I don’t like having small ass portions so we’re doing a 6 slice cut.

Each slice is 20 grams of protein and 145 calories.

This is not including the fat free ready whip or strawberry calories because we used so little and they are already super low calorie foods and I don’t like setting the example of tracking shit like that.

However if you want to do that because you’re being super meticulous about tracking your calories + protein right now I’m all for that and I support you.
