Low Calorie High Protein Meals - 1800 cals 199g pro

FULL DAY OF EATING HIGH PROTEIN MEALS - 1800 Calories and 199g of Protein!

In this video, I take you thru an entire day of eating for fat loss using high protein low-calorie meals. The total will be 1,800 calories and 199g of protein.

It’ll be a total of 3 meals and 1 snack.

Remember that the goal of these videos is not for you to copy my diet or calories but to give you ideas of what a full-time online personal trainer and nutrition coach like myself eats on a daily basis so you can incorporate some of the meals or snack ideas to help you on your own journey.

The reason I change up the calorie amount in each video is to help you with different calorie budgets see what a full day of eating while hitting their calories and protein targets could look like so let me know in the comments below what calorie amount you’d like next or what food or meal you’d like to see higher protein and lower calorie and I’ll add it to my list.

Meal 1 - Canned Chicken breast salad kit

This is a MUST.

when you are in a fat loss phase you need to do this 5-7 days a week.

Eat 1 BIG ASS SALAD every single day.

I promise it’s not only a healthy habit that will help you for life but it’s going to help so much with hunger.

One unavoidable thing about fat loss is you’re going to be hungry and youll go to bed hungry a lot of nights, this is normal.

But one way to mitigate and manage that hunger is thru voluminizing your meals.

AKA eating more food volume for less or equal calories.

So you’re more satisfied, more full, and all while dodging hunger that would make you wanna quit

If you’re still on the fence about this meal - it takes 3 minutes to make...

Step 1 buy a salad kit or I recommend the light salad kits.

It makes a big difference in total calories.

Grab any salad kit you fancy that has around 150-350 calories per bag which includes of course the croutons, nuts, dressings, cheese.

Then grab a protein source.

Now I might lose you here but hear me out…

Before I tried this protein source I thought the same exact thing you’re about to think but…

After I tried it i was so wrong, its absolutely delicious and better than when I cook it.

Canned chicken breast chunks.

I know you might have flashbacks to nasty canned tuna experiences or just think its nasty but its amazing.

Not only is this meal delicious, nutritious, and high volume it also takes under 3 minutes to prepare

MEANING…

it reduces the friction to make it.

which can help you improve your consistency overall

in total this is 450 calories and 46g of protein

  • 1 can chicken

  • 1 salad kit ~150-300 cals

  • 400-500 cals and 46g protein

Meal 2 - Tuna + veg

  • 46g protein & 240 calories

  • can make more tasty for a bit more calories by adding fat reduced mayo

  • another simple high protein low calorie meal that you can add to your arsenal when you’re being lazy but still want to stay on track, literally takes under 5 minutes to prepare

Meal 3 - protein shake + mixed nuts

  • 1 scoop legion whey 1 scoop legion casein

  • 4 servings of mixed nuts

  • 72g protein and 920 cals
