Full Day Of Eating - Healthy Gaining Phase - 3000 Calories 236g Protein

In this video, I’ll take you thru an entire day of healthy eating to intentionally gain weight using nutrient-dense meals. The total will be 3000 Calories 236g Protein.

It’ll be a total of 3 meals and 1 snack.

Remember that the goal of these videos is not for you to copy my diet or calories but to give you ideas of what a full-time personal trainer and nutrition coach like myself eats on a daily basis so you can incorporate some of the meals or snack ideas to help you on your own journey.

PRE WORKOUT SNACK - 375 cals & 78g carbs

  • 1 BANANA = ~100 cals

  • 3 rice crispy treats = 270 cals

  • 1 scoop of Transparent Labs stim free pre + 1 scoop caffeinated pre

Meal 1 - Triple B Shake - Berry Brotein Blend

  • 200g mixed frozen berries

  • 4 scoop transparent labs isolate

  • 490g liquid today i’m out of 2% milk so I’m using the TJ choco milk my girlfriend bought

  • 1047 cals 132g protein

Meal 2 - veg + chicken

  • 400 mixed frozen veg

  • 1 can of chicken breast

  • 432 cals 54g protein

Meal 3 - my favorite food - PB

  • 170g PB

  • 2 carb balance wraps

  • 1149 cals 47g protein
